This competition is about those within the organisation who through their skills, efforts and vision have undertaken major change programmes in the UK. Whether you are a manager, department head or business executive, we want to hear from you!
Each contender entered one of the following five categories, which best describes the area of the company where change was implemented:
Because we want to understand how change has helped your business, we ask you to identify a senior colleague (referred to as ‘sponsor’) from your company who can support your entry.

Each of the five winners of the competition will win a week-long executive seminar at Cranfield School of Management to attend a relevant course of their choice (chosen from a pre-arranged list). Each winner will have the opportunity to discuss with a member of Cranfield staff which course would be most appropriate for them to attend.
